I strive to strike the perfect balance between elegance and functionality in my work. With a foundation in science and engineering and a lifelong passion for the performing and fine arts, I approach design as both an analytical and creative pursuit. By exploring critical problem spaces, I craft thoughtful, innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate into everyday life; blending structure with artistry to create experiences that are both intuitive and inspiring.

My design journey

My journey into Product design is a blend of structured engineering and lifelong creativity. After starting college as a Mechanical Engineer, a transformative class in Design, Thinking, and Communication opened my eyes to the world of design. This experience helped me realize that my true passion lies in creating efficient and delightful experiences for the everyday consumer. After working as a Design Engineer for a few years, I decided to pivot and make my lifelong love for art and design the core of my career. I thrive on merging creativity with system-based thinking to craft user experiences that resonate and inspire.

what fuels my fire

Here are some of the things that keep me busy while I’m not working on product design (although I’m always looking for inspiration).

I’ve been performing in one way or another most of my life. Currently I play guitar, sing, and write music! I’m hoping to release my first EP soon, so stay tuned!

I’m a huge comic and video game nerd who loves all things fantasy, sci-fi, and in between! It’s a goal of mine to write and illustrate my own graphic novel one day.

my design philosophy
